A suitable active nano SIM and mobile service are required. Mobile signal and network availability vary by provider and location. SOS contacts must be programmed before use, and pendant operation depends on the pendant remaining within wireless range of the phone. The SOS feature is not a substitute for a dedicated monitored emergency-response service.
