WARRANTY & CONSUMER RIGHTS

Clear support without limiting your legal rights

Cura Sync support is designed to help identify the problem and resolve genuine product faults. Any warranty or support we provide sits alongside your statutory consumer rights and does not replace them.

01

Goods should meet the required standard

Under UK consumer law, goods should be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your Cura Sync phone does not meet those requirements, statutory remedies may apply.

02

Faulty goods are treated separately

For qualifying faults, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 may give you a short-term right to reject within 30 days, or rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a final right to reject depending on the circumstances.

03

We’ll first identify what is causing the issue

Some problems can be caused by the SIM, mobile network coverage, power supply, setup or settings rather than the phone itself. We’ll help check these points before deciding whether a return, repair or replacement route is appropriate.

Your statutory rights are not affected

Nothing on this page is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

WARRANTY & SUPPORT FAQ

Common support questions

Quick answers to some of the questions you may have if there’s a problem with your Cura Sync phone.

What should I do if my phone stops working?
Start by checking the power connection, SIM card and mobile signal. If the problem continues, contact Cura Sync Support and we’ll help you troubleshoot the issue.
How do I know whether my issue is covered by warranty?
Contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. We can review the circumstances and advise you on the support options relevant to your purchase.
Do I need to return the phone straight away?
No. Please contact us first. Some problems may be resolved through troubleshooting without needing to return the phone.
What information should I send to support?
Please provide your order details, phone model and a clear description of the issue. Photos may also be useful where the problem can be seen visually.
What happens if a return is required?
If we determine that the phone needs to be returned, Cura Sync will provide the relevant instructions and explain what you need to do next.
Should I try to repair the phone myself?
If you believe there is an internal fault, contact Cura Sync before dismantling or attempting to repair the phone so that we can advise you appropriately.
What are my rights if the phone is faulty?
Your statutory rights apply in addition to any Cura Sync warranty or support. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, qualifying faulty goods may be subject to a short-term right to reject within 30 days, or rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or a final right to reject depending on the circumstances.
Does poor mobile signal mean the phone is faulty?
Not necessarily. Cura Sync phones rely on a compatible active SIM and available mobile-network coverage. Signal strength can vary by provider, property and location, so we may ask you to check the SIM, network and positioning of the phone as part of troubleshooting.
Does Cura Sync support replace my statutory rights?
No. Any warranty, troubleshooting or support offered by Cura Sync is provided alongside your statutory consumer rights and does not remove rights that apply under UK consumer law.
Where can I find the user manual?
User manuals for both Cura Sync models are available on our Getting Started page.
